The "XVII. Workshop Aggression" of German-speaking aggression researchers at the University of Luxembourg from Sunday, July 15 to Tuesday, July 17, 2012.
The Workshop aims at bringing together scholars from different disciplines involved in aggression research. Starting as an entirely German-speaking event, the Workshop has increasingly attracted international researchers in recent years.
Due to the workshop nature of the pre-conference, young researchers are given the unique opportunity to discuss their approaches with experts in the field. This includes presenting and discussing recent ideas and preliminary findings as well as work-in-progress.
The main topic of this year’s Workshop Aggression will be “Aggression and Violence in children and adolescents”. Papers related to the main topic of the workshop are especially welcome. However, we also encourage submissions from all other fields of aggression research.
We are proud and honored to announce that Peter Fischer (University of Regensburg), Philipp Slee (Flinders University) and Joachim Kersten (German Police University) have already confirmed their participation as keynote speakers!
This year’s Workshop Aggression will be a pre-conference to the XXth ISRA World Meeting in Luxembourg (July 17-21; http://isra.uni.lu). The conference language will be English.
There will be special discount rates for attendees of the Workshop Aggression, who also plan to attend the following ISRA World Meeting (July 17-21).
